Hello and welcome to VJ Media!My name is VJ. I am a total computer-addict and a freelance web-developer working professionally since 2008, even though I indulge in making websites since 2002. I also worked as freelance LabView programmer and I sport many other computer creative ideas and technologies.
Below I will outline some of my most powerful passions, many of which also happened to be connected with services that I offer as a freelancer.
I created my first website in 2002. That was plain HTML. Then I added styles to it. In about 2006 I came to know of CMS and began my Joomla experience. Then I wanted to dive more into PHP & MySQL and so I began exploring some low-level PHP frameworks, such as CodeIgniter. I also explored eCommerce CMS such as Magento. Then I came to know WordPress and gradually fell in love with it. As my level of knowledge of this platform increased, I realized that for most projects I do WordPress is the better, more efficient and elegant way to go. In the last several years I mostly develop in WordPress. I still love CodeIgniter and use it every time a very custom solution is needed.
